Paradise Casino Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) will inform you of the purpose and manner in which the video information processed by the Company is operated and managed when installing and operating video information processing equipment.
1. Basis and purpose of installation of image information processing device
The Company installs and operates image information processing devices for the following purposes in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and related laws and regulations.

* Handling method: We record and manage matters regarding use of personal image information for purposes other than the purposes, provision to third parties, destruction, and requests for viewing, etc., and upon expiration of the storage period, delete the information permanently (shredding or incineration in the case of printouts) in a manner that it cannot be restored.
Exceptionally, image information that must be preserved rather than destroyed in accordance with laws and regulations is stored and managed separately from other image information.
5. Entrustment of installation and management, etc. of image information processing device
The Company entrusts the installation and management, etc. of image information processing device as shown below, and stipulates necessary matters to ensure that personal information is safely managed at the time of entrustment contract in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

7. Measures regarding requests for access to image information by the subject of information
Individuals, as subjects of information, may request to view, confirm, or delete their own image information. This right is limited to the image information captured of the subject and personal image information that is clearly necessary for the urgent protection of the subject’s life, body, and property.
If a request is made to view or confirm the existence of personal image information, the Company will take necessary measures without delay. However, the Company may refuse such requests in the following cases:
- Criminal investigation, maintenance of a public prosecution. In the event that it causes significant disruption to the conduct of the trial
- In the event that personal image information is destroyed after its retention period has expired
- In the event that there is a high risk that another person's privacy will be violated by taking necessary action in response to a request, such as viewing.
- In the event that there is a justifiable reason to refuse a request such as viewing from other information subjects.
8. Technical, managerial and physical measures to protect image information
Video information processed by the Company is safely managed through encryption measures, etc. In addition, as a management measure to protect personal image information, the rights to access to personal information are granted differentially, and in order to prevent forgery and falsification of personal image information, the date and time of creation of personal image information, purpose of viewing, viewer, date and time of viewing, etc. is being recorded and managed. In addition, a locking device is installed to ensure safe storage of personal image information.
9. Changes in policy on operation and management of video image processing device
This policy on operation and management of image information processing device will be effective from December 27, 2023.
